The domino effect has been sent to Texas. Buster will no longer have to play first, and Huff will no longer have to play a corner outfield. This clears up a major gridlock.
But we need to pick up where we left off yesterday. Someone needs to find a new home for the 34 year old Renteria or tell him to: SHUT UP AND SIT DOWN. Uribe and Sandoval need to know that their positions are safe. But as long as there is a whimpering/disgruntled 34 year old sitting in the clubhouse, you will not have the Chemistry that makes teams GEL.
The best Trade I could think of that would be a great fit for the GIANTS would be to trade PANDA and RENTERIA to Colorado for Ian Stewart and a prospect. The Rockies just lost Troy Tulowitsky for 6 to 8 weeks. And could use Panda at third. Ian Stewart is a young 25 year old Left handed 3rd baseman that is half Pablo's size. He has power and is learning pitch selection. He can also play shortstop and 2nd base. He might even be a better fix at short stop sending Uribe to 3b.
Who ever the GIANTS go after next, one thing is certain; Renteria has to go.
